Since its founding in 1973, McCormack Baron Salazar has made quality, affordable housing to rebuild central cities across the United States that have deteriorated through decades of neglect and disinvestment.
McCormack Baron came to Keystone Resources needing a full website refresh as their current site was dated with limited features.
Based on the client’s background and initial discovery feedback, we created a clean and user-friendly website that incorporated a distinct grid. The grid concept was applied to every part of the website from the unusual navigation bar to the tiled blocks of information on the home page. The client wanted to include a way for visitors of the site to view or search for properties owned or managed by McCormack Baron. We designed an interactive map feature that contained pin points of each property connected with McCormack Baron that could easily be zoomed-in and out and clicked on so that users could filter properties out by city and state. There is also a dual-language feature to the site which allows Spanish-speaking visitors to interact with the site without any language barriers.
