This video was produced as a promotional piece at the 2015 OTC Conference. The objectives were to generate interest in working and living in the Greenspoint District as well as changing the perception of the area by illustrating its desirable business amenities such as Class A office suites, close proximity to an international airport, fine dining and hotels. Results were measured by increased lead generation after the OTC Conference. This video was targeted towards the Aberdeen, Scotland Delegation who flew into Houston for the conference. This video was distributed on roughly 150 branded flash drives along with other Greenspoint marketing collateral (white paper, map of the area, etc.). Click here to view the video!
