Adara Medical Spa is the first and only SkinCeuticals Advanced Clinical Spa in Houston, Texas. Adara is owned by the team at Houston Skin Associates and is another long-term client of Keystone Resources. They have a beautiful, luxurious office space in which they perform cosmetic dermatology procedures for patients and sell high-end skin care products.

Challenge:
The team at Adara Medical Spa came to Keystone needing a 2-week holiday digital marketing campaign to boost online sales and social media interaction. In addition, they wanted to boost their content marketing efforts, including email marketing, paid traffic, social media marketing, blogging, and search engine optimization after the holiday campaign had ended.

Solution:
As all of these efforts must be integrated and can be time consuming, we developed customized strategies for Adara Medical Spa to link all five aspects of content marketing together with the goal of bringing in more website traffic, social media engagement, and clients to the Spa.

For the holiday campaign, we created a digital marketing strategy where we determined that Facebook and their existing email marketing list would be the best channels to achieve their desired end results for this campaign. Tactics used included creating a holiday gift guide featuring products from their online store as well as running a special deal every day. We named the campaign, “12 Holiday Steals” and heavily promoted it through Facebook and their email marketing list. The campaign was a success. During their two-week-long holiday campaign in December 2016, 65% of people who visited the Adara Medical Spa website were new visitors, and there was an increase in calls to the office mentioning the holiday specials we were promoting on social media and through email marketing.It resulted in 11% of their yearly online sales for Houston Skin Associates and Adara’s Facebook Page saw a 402% increase in post engagements and a 300% increase in page likes.

Now, Keystone Resources manages Adara’s content marketing efforts on a daily basis, scheduling posts on social media, improving website content, writing email content, managing Google AdWords and Facebook Ads, and posting original blog content to the website.
